Residential Property

Buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful. Our highly experienced team are on hand - either in person, by phone or email - to help you through every stage of the process.

In law, conveyancing is the transfer of the legal title of a property from one person to another. A typical conveyancing transaction contains two major landmarks: the ‘exchange of contracts’ when everyone is bound to buy/sell and ‘completion’ the day you move!

Conveyancing occurs in three stages: before contract, before completion and after completion.

Each transaction will inevitably differ in some way. Whilst the basic process is quite straightforward, some transactions will take longer than others and there is no such thing as a ‘standard’ deal.

Conveyancing is a large area and there are many different types of transactions. We can assist with any of the following;
