Rachel Gohil

Rachel joined Sprake & Kingsley in 2004 as an assistant to David Sprake.

Since joining the firm she has obtained a Certificate in Land Registration Law and Practice from The University of Law and successfully completed a Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Rachel is currently studying to become a Licenced Conveyancer.

Rachel has a wealth of conveyancing experience in residential property sales and purchases including residential leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary registration and agricultural transactions having assisted David Sprake for over 18 years.
